Microblading
Jenny was the very first therapist in the North East of Scotland to train in microblading, and she has spent the years since perfecting it. Each fine hair stroke is placed by hand to build soft, natural looking brows designed around your face, your colouring and your style.
It suits brows that have been over-plucked, brows with sparse or patchy areas that won't grow back, and hair loss through conditions such as alopecia or trichotillomania. Every treatment is bespoke: your brows, your style.
Your brows will look darker straight after treatment and soften as they heal. Because every skin holds colour differently, the six week refining session matters. Results last around 12 to 18 months with recommended top ups, though this varies from person to person. Your 75 minute appointment includes around 35 minutes relaxing with numbing cream on. Downtime is minimal, with some slight redness or tenderness possible.

How microblading works
- Consultation and patch testA free 15 minute appointment at least 24 hours before your treatment. You talk through the look you want and Jenny patch tests the pigments.
- Brow designThe shape and colour are designed for your face and agreed with you before anything else happens.
- Numbing and chill timeYou relax in the room with numbing cream on for around 35 minutes, so you can have a little nap or some chill time.
- MicrobladingFine hair strokes are added by hand. The whole appointment takes around 75 minutes, numbing time included.
- Six week refining sessionOnce your brows have healed, Jenny refines the shape, colour and density.

Lips & Cheeks
Craving a fuller pout or a little more lift through the cheeks? Jenny shapes, defines and plumps with a light touch, so you still look like you, only with a bit more wow. No duck faces here.
Lip filler adds definition and volume to suit your natural lip shape, with three amounts to choose from. Cheek filler restores volume, balances your features and gives a subtle, lifted contour.
Both use a smooth hyaluronic acid gel, a substance already found in your skin. It draws in moisture and settles in for a fresh, soft result. Lip filler appointments take around 30 minutes and cheek filler around 45.
Some swelling or bruising is possible for a few days afterwards. If you have a big event coming up, book a couple of weeks ahead so everything has time to settle.

Lycon Wax
Lycon is a low temperature hot wax that makes waxing far kinder to your skin. It shrink-wraps each hair and removes hair as short as 1mm, so there is no long wait for regrowth and nothing gets missed.
Stubborn patches are no trouble. Lycon hot wax can be reapplied to the same area several times without trauma or irritation, which makes it ideal for sensitive areas. For larger areas such as arms and legs, Jenny uses Lycon strip wax for a quick, smooth finish.

Plasma Fibroblast
Plasma fibroblast is a non-surgical treatment for skin that has lost some of its firmness. Plasma energy creates tiny, precise points on the surface of the skin without cutting it. As the skin heals, the treated area tightens and looks smoother.
Jenny treats the eyelids, lower eyes, crow's feet, upper lip, lower face, neck and tummy, as well as sun spots and skin tags. Top up treatments are available after selected procedures, with the eyelid top up carried out around six weeks after the main treatment.
Larger areas such as the neck and tummy typically need one to three sessions, with around 5 to 10 days of redness and tiny scabs while the skin heals.

Appointments need to be booked at least 24 hours ahead. A £60 booking fee secures your booking.
Changing your plans
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Patch tests
A free patch test is required 48 hours before brow tints, brow lamination, LVL and lash tints for new clients, and before your first tattoo removal. For microblading it is at least 24 hours before.
